We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Reclaim/Production Team Member to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping our production process running smoothly by preparing, cleaning, and reclaiming screens and assisting with other production duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working as part of a team. Responsibilities Reclaim and clean screens used in the production process Remove ink, emulsion, tape, and other materials from screens Wash and prepare screens for reuse Inspect screens to ensure they are clean and ready for production Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with general production duties as needed Move and organize materials and supplies Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines Work closely with other production team members to help meet daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous production, manufacturing, or screen-printing experience is helpful, but not required — we are willing to train the right person Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
