Due to our rapid growth and current development projects with multiple Fortune 500 companies, we are looking for a team-focused, driven, and friendly Production Specialist to join our team! Primary Responsibilities

• Identify, prepare, and assemble materials and parts for our proprietary key management and security systems
• Perform inventory counts and ensure that work is recorded accurately
• Conduct basic testing on products to ensure quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise, reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department team lead or supervisor
• Inspect, prepare, and package products for shipping
• Communicate with other team members to keep production moving smoothly
• Ensure that all actions are performed in a safe and responsible manner by keeping work area clean, maintaining attention to detail, and following company policies
• Perform tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met Hours and Benefits
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 1Micro offers a flexible schedule between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation:

$20-$27/hour, depending on experience

• Assembly experience required
• Welding / TIG welding experience is a plus.
• CNC experience is a plus
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to use hands, hand tools, and electrical tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain the quality of products at all times
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to be flexible and to adapt
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high levels of accuracy
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
