Job Description

We are seeking for a skillful and responsible host/hostess who can deliver high-quality service to our guests upon their arrival. We will depend on you to ensure our guests will always come back and attract more customers.

Responsibilities include:

Greet guests upon their arrival You ensure there is a wait time, and input guest information into seating system Seat guests when their table is cleaned and set up. Answer phone calls Take out orders Handle any complaint or problem with a polite and positive attitude Issue bills and accept payments Friendly, polite, patient Handle a fast-paced work environment Collaborate with the rest of the staff Great communication skills for a welcomed environment

License/ Certifications:

Food Handler Certification (Required) California RBS Training (Required)
