Job Description

Immediate opening in Marshall, MI for

Production Shift:

days Monday-Friday 7:30a-4p

Pay:

$18.22/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate roll-forming equipment and other manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, product specifications, and shipping requirements. Measure, inspect, package, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform routine quality checks and identify product defects or process issues. Load and unload raw materials and finished goods as required. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and product changeovers. Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory documentation. Support warehouse and shipping functions when needed. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles and housekeeping standards. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and customer commitments. Longevity in previous positions
