Overview City Wide Facility Solutions of Illinois is hiring an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing B2B sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, appointment setting, and supporting the sales process for building maintenance solutions. What You'll Do Prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email, and field outreach Set 5-10 qualified sales appointments per week Support the sales team with quotes, presentations, and follow-up Manage leads and activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Communicate with business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers What We're Looking For Prior sales experience required (B2B, inside sales, or prospecting roles preferred) Cold calling or appointment-setting experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission Full-time, exempt position Growth opportunities within a supportive sales team
