We proudly serve agriculture, construction, fluid handling, mining, and industrial equipment markets from our North Central Pennsylvania facility. We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our Melt Department as an Iron Pourer. This is a hands-on role where you will help produce iron castings used in equipment and infrastructure across multiple industries. No foundry experience required — we provide training for reliable candidates with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. What You'll Do Safely pour molten iron from ladles into molds on automated molding lines

Operate and work with overhead monorail and ladle systems

Monitor iron temperature and ensure compliance with job specifications

Remove slag and impurities to maintain metal quality

Add alloys and materials according to production requirements

Maintain consistent metal flow to produce sound, defect-free castings

Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times

Work closely with Melt Department and production teams to maintain efficiency Work Environment - What to Expect This is a physically demanding industrial position in an active iron foundry. Employees in this role must be comfortable working: Around molten metal, heavy equipment, and high temperatures

As part of a team performing skilled, safety-critical work Proper training, protective equipment, and safety procedures are provided. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, farming, mechanical trades, military, automotive repair, or industrial work are encouraged to apply. Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Reliability and consistent attendance

Foundry or heavy manufacturing experience preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidates

Schedule Day Shift:

5:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
