Local welding & fabrication shop is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities. We are an established welding and fabrication company serving commercial and industrial customers. Our capabilities include welding, structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, equipment installation, field fabrication, repairs, custom fabrication, and other construction-related services. We are looking for someone who understands that successful sales in our industry is about more than making phone calls. It is about building relationships, identifying opportunities, understanding a customer's needs, and working with our estimating and operations team to turn those opportunities into profitable projects. Responsibilities Develop new commercial and industrial customers Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, manufacturers, facility managers, plant personnel, engineers, and other potential customers Identify upcoming projects and bidding opportunities Make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and conduct customer visits Follow up on estimates and proposals Maintain communication with existing customers and help develop additional work Work directly with ownership and estimating to pursue profitable projects Track leads, opportunities, proposals, and customer follow-ups Represent Marshall Welding & Fabrication professionally in the field and with customers What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, professional, and comfortable developing business without needing to be constantly managed. Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Welding and fabrication Structural or miscellaneous steel Commercial or industrial construction Mechanical or equipment installation Manufacturing Construction estimating or project management B2B industrial sales A strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, fabrication, or industrial projects is a major advantage. Qualifications Proven sales, business development, construction, or industrial experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships Comfortable meeting customers in person and visiting jobsites or facilities Ability to understand technical products and services Organized and able to consistently follow up on opportunities Valid driver's license Basic computer and email skills Compensation Marshall Welding & Fabrication is looking for the right person and is open to developing a compensation package that rewards performance.

Compensation may include:
