Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at casual dining restaurant and Tiki Bar in Citrus County, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our members' experiences by delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages, aligning with our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Knowledgeable to suggest, prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Open availability including nights, weekends and most holidays excluding Christmas Day and New Years' Day. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Engage with members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
