The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust and responsibility and bring a hands-on approach to day to day operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate various machines, including lathes and mills. Visal inspection of parts. Monitor equipment for correct operation. Inform Manager of machine and production problems. Attend training activities, as required. Participate in continual improvement teams, as required. Participate in safety and OSHA training. Keep work area clean and tidy at all times. Work in an organized manner with attention to details. Qualifications, Education and Experience Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED). Five years of experience working with machines or certification from a trade school. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15).
