Manager, Medicare Digital Growth and Lead Management

Job Description

Digital Sales Growth & Channel Strategy (50%) Helps define and execute the Medicare Digital sales strategy in alignment with Medicare growth, member experience, compliance, retention, and distribution goals. Serves as a Medicare Sales business owner for the Digital channel, bringing structure, performance visibility, and strategic direction to a developing growth area. Partners with Marketing, Digital Customer Experience, Product, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales teams to improve the digital channel growth and performance. Evaluates digital funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, reduce friction, increase lead quality, improve online enrollment outcomes, and strengthen cost efficiency. Shapes how Digital connects with Tele sales, Field, Broker, community-based, and retention channels to support an integrated Medicare distribution strategy. Champions test-and-learn approaches that improve digital engagement, consumer experience, re-engagement, and digital contribution to Medicare sales growth. Enterprise Lead Management Strategy & Execution (30%) Helps advance enterprise Medicare lead management strategy across Tele sales, Field, Broker, and Digital channels. Defines Medicare Sales business needs and lead management standards. Partners with channel leaders to improve lead flow, channel handoffs, speed-to-lead, source performance, follow-up effectiveness, and lead-to-sale conversion. Identifies systemic opportunities to reduce lead leakage, improve data quality, strengthen routing logic, and create greater accountability across channels. Ensures lead management strategies balance enterprise consistency with channel-specific needs, capacity, consumer preferences, compliance requirements, and sales priorities. Business Ownership, Performance & Cross-Functional Partnership (20%) Translates digital sales and enterprise lead management performance into clear insights, recommendations, and prioritized actions for Medicare Sales leadership. Builds the operating discipline needed for a new function, including performance routines, issue identification, decision support, stakeholder alignment, and outcome tracking. Represents Medicare Sales business needs in digital and lead management initiatives, ensuring solutions support growth, consumer experience, operational feasibility, compliance, and measurable sales outcomes. Partners with project managers and delivery teams by providing business direction, requirements, prioritization, subject matter expertise, adoption needs, and post-implementation performance feedback. Navigates ambiguity by clarifying problems, framing options, recommending decisions, and moving work forward in a complex, matrixed environment. Builds strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Digital Experience, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, Operations, and Product to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Ensures digital sales and lead management practices align with CMS regulations, Healthfirst policies, sales integrity expectations, and member experience standards. Additional duties as necessary and as directed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, digital sales, marketing operations, lead management, healthcare, Medicare Advantage, or a related growth environment. Experience supporting digital sales growth, funnel optimization, lead conversion, customer journey improvement, or direct-to-consumer acquisition. Understanding of cross-channel lead management concepts, including lead capture, routing, prioritization, nurturing, dispositioning, attribution, and performance tracking. Experience using data, dashboards, CRM tools, or sales performance insights to identify opportunities and drive business improvements. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional partnership skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority. Ability to operate in ambiguity, create structure, and drive progress in a new or evolving function. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Medicare Advantage, health insurance, managed care, or another regulated sales environment. Experience helping build, scale, or optimize a digital sales, ecommerce, online enrollment, or direct-to-consumer growth channel. Experience supporting lead management across multiple sales channels, such as Tele sales, Field, Broker, Digital, retail, or community-based sales. Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital analytics, attribution tools, online enrollment platforms, lead scoring, or sales dashboards. Familiarity with Medicare sales regulations, CMS requirements, compliant marketing practices, and sales integrity expectations. Track record of improving digital conversion, online enrollment, lead routing, speed-to-lead, lead-to-sale conversion, source performance, cost efficiency, or channel scalability. Experience partnering with project managers, technology teams, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into business requirements and measurable outcomes. Hiring Range

•: Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $103,400 - $149,430 All Other Locations (within approved locations): $88,700 - $131,920 As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision. In addition to your salary, Healthfirst offers employees a full range of benefits such as, medical, dental and vision coverage, incentive and recognition programs, life insurance, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
