Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join Cali SynTurf Inc.. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations and maintenance, including inventory control, materials handling, and order fulfillment, while ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities Maintain a clean , organizes, and safe warehouse enviorment by performing routing cleaning and general maintennace of both the interior and exterior areas of the warehouse. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and turf cutter and other material handling equipment safely, and efficiently. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including stocking, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Manage inventory control through regular stock checks of all materials. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials with manual handling techniques and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory adjustments, and safety inspections. Safely load, transport, and deliver ladnscape materials to designated job sites while providing reliable and professional service. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper handling of materials and timely deliveries. Follow OSHA standards and personal protective equipment (PPE) use guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Support in implementing logistics strategies and maintaining overall warehouse operations efficiency. This position is not limited to duties listed above and may include other responsibilities, tasks, and assignments as needed and directed by management to support the overall operations of the company. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in inventory management and warehouse management systems. Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and or other similar equipment and power and hand tools. Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and safety protocol adherence during all material handling activities. Ability to perform manual lifting of heavy items safely while maintaining proper form and using appropriate PPE. Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry tasks. Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures using various types of material handling equipment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; a strong team-oriented attitude is essential. This position is physically demanding and required frequent standing, walking, lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials. The role also involved regular driving in and out of town, warehouse organization, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
