JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Take attendance Check work areas for safety issues Verify all paperwork, layouts, and tools are correct at the presses Communicate Yellow Alerts, Packaging Specifications and Aux Equipment needs to Operators. Verify and enter scrap into Mattec every 2 hours Keep lines stocked with necessary supplies Workstations are maintained throughout the shift Help with all Machine changes (Mold Change, Pack Change, Color Change) Ensure rotation is being followed Administer breaks and lunches to operators Utilize Run Rite boards where applicable
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Physically able to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach & lift up to 50 pounds Physically able to stand on feet for 12 hour shift Basic math skills Must be able to keep up with pace of position Must be able to effectively communicate with others both verbally and in writing Must follow all safety procedures and complete all OSHA required training Must complete Standardized Work training Must wear/ use all required PPE, to include, but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves (when cutting or moving pallets), proper foot wear (as outlined in the employee handbook), etc. Newell Brands (
