Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Help customers select internet, television, wireless, and telecommunications solutions that fit their needs. Provide professional, consultative customer service. Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and leadership development. Stand, engage, and interact with customers throughout your scheduled retail shift. Schedule This is a full-time position, five days per week, with a structured schedule. Retail hours are generally 11:00 AM-7:00 PM One weekend workday is required each week Team meetings are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM Retail assignments are located throughout the Tampa Bay area Interviews and New Hire Orientation are conducted at our Valrico headquarters.
