POSSIBLE

is seeking a personable, creative, and sales-driven Closet Sales & Design Specialist to join our team in Skillman, New Jersey. This is an in-person, part-time role with a flexible schedule, including some evening and weekend availability based on customer appointments. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their organization and storage needs
• Measure spaces and create attractive, functional custom closet and storage designs
• Present design recommendations and clearly explain available options
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospective customers, and close sales
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to support a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer notes and project details
• Build strong relationships and represent Closet

POSSIBLE

professionally Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Creative eye for design, organization, and space planning
• Comfortable learning closet-design software and presenting designs to clients
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and confident following up with leads
• Previous experience in sales, interior design, home improvement, furniture, cabinetry, kitchens, closets, or a related field is preferred
• Reliable transportation and availability to meet customers in person Training will be provided.
