Work Location:

In person Duties and responsibilities Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Operate COBOT and DAICHEN Automated Welders and Laser. Assemble brakes and brake cables, bond and grind brake shoes. Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies to supervisor or Quality Department. Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts supervisor if supplies are needed. Checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor. Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Outstanding "Can-Do" Attitude High Energy, dynamic, team oriented, enjoys variety High school diploma or equivalent required. Detail-oriented and consistent. Works well as a productive member of a team. Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing. Understanding of and ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations. Additional Qualifications Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications. Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment. Previous tow-motor operation experience. Working conditions Required to lift heavy parts, bend, stoop, or operate heavy equipment. Exposure to typical climate and seasonal change in temperatures. Physical requirements Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently. Good hand-eye coordination. Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed. Must wear safety glasses at all times and safety gloves in accordance with certain job requirements.
