Duties Provide outstanding customer support via in-person and telephone ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally Assist clients with product or service questions Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including processing payments via database Demonstrate excellent in-person and phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve client services and resolve complex issues efficiently Three (3) locations - Southampton, Warminster, Doylestown. Must be willing to work at 2 locations+ Must have reliable transportation along with great people personality and reliable. Experience Previous telephone customer service experience or in-person customer service and some floral design experience

STRONGLY
