Live pipeline. Clinical builds. Real ownership of the site. ???????????? ????????????????: Run the site day to day on healthcare construction projects. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety, while keeping ICRA and interim life safety measures on point throughout. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, or similar clinical facilities)
• Working knowledge of ICRA and interim life safety measures (ILSM) protocols
• Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????? (????????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????????????????):
• Experience renovating occupied or active healthcare facilities alongside new construction
• OSHA 30 certification
• Procore or similar project management software ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????: ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????:
• $150,000 to $180,000 base salary + above market benefits
