Pacific Palisades, CA I'm partnering with a respected General Contractor who are operational across Southern California, on a brand-new $50M ground-up condominium project consisting of 66 units. The project is breaking ground imminently, offering the opportunity to join from day one. ???? What We're Looking For

Assistant Superintendent - you must have a background in a specific trade
Experience on multifamily, condo, podium, or residential projects
Eager to learn under an experienced Senior Superintendent ? What's On Offer
Base Salary between $120k and $140k
???? Company truck & gas card OR vehicle allowance
???? Profit-based bonus
