Holistic Beauty and Wellness Café (HBW Café) Monee / University Park, Illinois Part-Time HBW Café is seeking Spa Treatment & Client Services Specialists to support our growing body transformation, wellness, retail, and client-service operations. This position is designed for services and duties that do not require a professional esthetics or cosmetology license . A professional beauty license is not required. Responsibilities Depending on training and assigned responsibilities, this role may include: Performing approved non-licensed spa and wellness treatments Assisting with body transformation services Preparing clients for treatments Taking measurements and progress photographs Maintaining client progress records Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms Cleaning and resetting equipment between appointments Maintaining treatment supplies and inventory Educating clients about available services and programs Recommending and selling retail products Rebooking clients and helping maintain treatment schedules Supporting introductory treatment promotions and special events Answering incoming phone calls Responding to client text messages Responding to routine client inquiries Managing appointments and spa calendars Confirming appointments Rescheduling clients when needed Monitoring appointment availability Helping fill cancellations and open appointment times Supporting front-desk and reception needs Providing a polished, high-level client experience from arrival through checkout Strong candidates may come from beauty, wellness, hospitality, fitness, body transformation, luxury retail, membership sales, customer service, or other client-facing industries. We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, comfortable learning technology, and able to balance treatment responsibilities with excellent client service.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
