  • Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist throughout the hiring process. Coordinate Onboarding
  • Manage background checks, drug screenings, new-hire paperwork, orientation, and required training. Assist Team Members
  • Help employees navigate policies, benefits, training requirements, and employment-related questions. Manage Office Operations
  • Maintain personnel files, process invoices, track deposits, and prepare workers' compensation documentation. Partner with Leadership
  • Support daily operations, communication, and team needs throughout the community. Champion Our Culture
  • Create a welcoming and positive environment for team members, residents, families, and visitors. What You'll Bring Relevant Experience
  • Two or more years in office management, HR, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred. Strong Organization
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Technology Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly. People Skills
