Streakless Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable, sharp, customer-focused operations leader to help run our growing Marin County business.

This is a hybrid position:

part remote office work and part field work at customer homes and job sites. You will help keep jobs organized, clients happy, crews accountable, and opportunities for additional services from being missed. Commission may also be included based on sales performance and completed sales. You will assist with scheduling, customer communication, estimates, billing support, and daily office coordination. In the field, you will meet with clients, inspect completed work, perform quality-control checks, take job photos, identify and explain recommended services, and help resolve concerns before they become problems. You will also help manage crew performance through coaching, training, performance reviews, documentation, and professional corrective action when needed. The right person is organized, confident with customers and employees, comfortable using a phone and computer, able to work independently from home, and willing to drive throughout Marin County for job-site visits. Sales experience, home-service experience, or team-lead experience is strongly preferred. Full-time position. Hourly pay based on experience, plus performance incentives for completed upsells and excellent customer outcomes. Must live in or very near Marin County, have a reliable vehicle, valid California driver's license, and be able to pass a background check.
