Job Summary The Dealership Support Specialist provides essential day-to-day support to the Sales, Service, Detail, and other dealership departments. This position is responsible for maintaining vehicle inventory organization, transporting vehicles and customers as needed, handling documents and dealership errands, assisting with vehicle preparation, and supporting overall dealership operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to help maintain an efficient and professional dealership environment. Tasks

• Inventory check and organization
• Retrieve or deliver documents
• Transport vehicles or customer in sales and or service depts.
• Assist detail dept in washing cars when needed
• Fuel up or charge up (electric) vehicles
• Provide assistance to both sales and service dept. as needed
• Other miscellaneous tasks or errands

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 yrs of age or older
• Must have valid CA drivers license
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Position Expectations The Dealership Support Specialist is expected to be a team player who is willing to assist wherever needed .

This position plays an important role in keeping dealership operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The employee must communicate effectively with management and all departments and complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.

Pay:

$16.90 per hour
