In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage cash handling will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment. Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is an advantage. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
